Nope! As it is illegal for a CPT/CNC to give meal plans, I also don’t believe in telling someone what they should eat. The joy of macro tracking is choosing your own foods to fulfill your goals so you are not restricted and have more freedom in your food choices! We don’t all like the same foods, am I right?!

Yes! Once you purchase the 1:1 coaching plan you will add your payment information to complete your subscription. There is a 2 month minimum to have time to really dive in and start making some lifestyle changes. After the term is fulfilled, you can email shaelynraefit@gmail.com to cancel at any time.

Both! You are able to choose in your assessment if you are working out at home or at the gym. I do recommend the gym for the best results as you have more access to equipment and amount of weight, but home is great too if you are unable to get to a gym!
